I love the outdoors and exploring! I hike, standup paddleboard, kayak, snowshoe, ride horses, rock climb & mountain bike! I've been a NASM Certified Personal Trainer since 2003 & an AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor since 2010. I love helping people make movement FUN & working with them to reach their health & fitness goals through Functional Training!
What I Do
I offer private & small group personal training sessions from my studio in Tomah for busy men & women that want to "stop trying to get in shape" & want to build a strong body for a healthy, active life! I specialize in Functional Training, where our focus is to improve strength, balance, stamina & cardio fitness. I'm driven by seeing you succeed & making your goals a reality!
Fitness is FUN for me, so feel free to pop into one of my fitness classes and borrow some of my energy! I like the variety of both mind/body & cardio and strength classes so I offer weekly Pilates, Revelation Fitness & strength and cardio circuit classes.
