I am passionate about helping others achieve their goals!  I have been working individually with clients both as a personal trainer & fitness instructor and as a weight management coach for over 18 years.  I LOVE what I do!  And I can't wait to meet you!

Moriah Keiper

NETA Certified Personal Trainer

Moriah is a certified personal trainer and also has a degree in Community Medical Dietetics from Viterbo University and is passionate about health and wellness. She is excited to share her passion for fitness with you!

Fitness and nutrition has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I'm absolutely in love with fitness and nutrition, and want to share my experience and passion with anyone eager to begin or continue their journey to their healthiest selves! My instruction style caters to all levels of fitness as well as providing motivation to produce results.

Lindsay Wagner-Smith

Certified to teach: Turbo Kick, Cize, Piloxing

Raised in the Chicago suburbs and a former Chicago Public School teacher, Lindsay always had a passion for dance fitness. She fell in love taking Turbo Kick and in 2007, became a certified instructor in what she calls her "soul mate workout." She also added on other dance format classes such as Piloxing, Werq, and the newly released Cize Dance class. Lindsay has taught in health clubs across the Chicagoland and Northern Illinois area. She has made so many lasting friendships with her fitness students in the last 11 years and looking forward to making more!

Rhonda Von Haden

Certified Yoga Alliance Teacher

Rhonda began practicing yoga several years ago but didn’t begin a regular practice until 2014. She completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in May 2018 and is registered as a certified Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. Wandering Spirit Yoga LLC was established to enable Rhonda to share her belief that Yoga can benefit everyone regardless of their abilities. She looks forward to sharing her love of Yoga with you.

Our weight loss coaching program focuses on feeding the body the right fuel, to help maximize body fat burn NOT starving yourself. You will receive one on one coaching that will focus on your goals and your struggles. We use app based tracking for accountability and you will meet with your coach face to face to track progress.
